The beds were very comfortable. The heater unit kept the room nice and warm. The TV got well over 150 channels. There was a coffee maker and everything that went with it. The towels, washcloths, and hand towels were clean with no stains. The breakfast was very good! Better than other hotels that cost more money a night. The maintenance man was very respectful and kind. We needed a new remote for the TV which we got in a timely manner.

The front desk man who checked me in was very nice and very helpful especially since it was after midnight and my online reservation wasn't pulling up in the system. He got me a room with 2 beds which was more than my reservation. I wish I would have gotten his name because he was great and deserves his flowers. I've had many really not so great interactions with front desk staff at numerous hotels in these recent months. He was awesome. Breakfast was good, rooms were mostly very clean and this hotel has shampoo, conditioner, lotion and bar soap, very nice soft towels, fridge, microwave, alarm clock, room phone and laundry services.

Breakfast was adequate, continental as advertised. The bed was comfortable , bedding clean. I liked having a refrigerator and microwave and tv and large mirror over the sink. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location and price were right on point. Understanding we were staying in a Quality Inn and not an Omni I felt the rooms were clean, and common areas were clean, the front desk staff was friendly and kind. It was a great place to rest our heads at the end of the day. The breakfast was lacking but I was not expecting a full meal, coffee was hot which is sometimes all a tired mom needs.

Very comfortable beds. Walking distance to restaurants. Good location to reach attractions, like Grand Canyon, Walnut Canyon, Sunset Crater, Wupatki. Continental breakfast had a variety of items, including fruit and yogurt for those needing low carb/low sugar.

The bed was comfortable, and it was a great location. Close to cracker barrels ,out back and walmart, we were there for surgery and didn't get to see sights.. Easy access on and off the i40 . Great customer service

Very nice room, quiet, and very pet accomodating. Refrigerator and microwave were great!

It was nice and quiet and definitely didn't hear any interstate noise!! It's an older motel building and can't be judgemental. Staff was very courteous.

Everything was good service and very nice staff. Breakfast was the Bomb. No one knocked on door constantly. Peaceful time.

The hotel was very nice, pet friendly, and the staff was very accommodating. It's right off the interstate, and close to Sunset Crater, Walnut Canyon, and other places, including Grand Canyon (east side). There was even a Denny's and Cracker Barrel at each end of the service road it's on!
